We accept Debit and Credit Cards for your convenience. Cheques are not accepted. Gift vouchers are available and can be posted on request.
In order to respect all clients’ private, relaxing moments, please switch your mobile phone to silent when entering the clinic.
We aim to remind clients of appointments the day beforehand, but we cannot guarantee this service.
In order to get the most from your treatment, please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled arrival time. In fairness to other clients, appointments cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
If you are late for an appointment we will try to adapt the appointment to fit the time available but the full cost of the booked treatment is payable.
Missed or cancelled appointments
Your appointment time is specially reserved for you. Should you be unable to keep your appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a charge.
Treatment of Minors
Many of our treatments are suitable for children and young adults. For minors under 16 we stipulate that a parent or guardian accompanies the child, signs to authorise each treatment and stays on the premises.
For young people of 16 and 17 we require a parent or guardian to attend initially to sign an agreement authorising treatments. Thereafter the young person may attend on their own for subsequent treatments unless permission is withdrawn.
Please advise our therapists of any changes to your health.
All client information is strictly confidential and treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
It may be necessary for us to revise treatments, descriptions and prices from time to time without prior notice.
Patch Tests: some of our treatments require patch testing in the salon.
